Dekro was established in 1994 as a boutique Recruitment and Human Resource Consulting organisation in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. All of our staff have dedicated their careers to Human Resources and Recruitment. We guarantee our knowledge and service are second to none.
We have hands-on Human Resource and Recruitment experience and a genuine desire to improve business. We are pragmatic in our approach, working with functional and practical methodologies providing constructive, holistic Human Resource and Recruitment advice.

Shane Clayton - Managing Director
Shane has been highly successful in sourcing quality people for his expanding group of clients over the last 16 years. Using experience gained from his degree in Business, his time spent at KPMG and Bell Potter Securities and his 9 year career within the AFL, Shane has recruited a high volume of people across a wide range of industries, covering many different roles including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Administration and Customer service.
Shane has extensive experiencing recruiting in the Manufacturing industry, placing candidates into roles from process workers through to Operations Managers. Prioritising culture fit as well as skills and experience has been the key to Shane’s success.
