Dekro was established in 1994 as a boutique Recruitment and Human Resource Consulting organisation in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

All of our staff have dedicated their careers to Human Resources and Recruitment. We guarantee our knowledge and service are second to none.

We have hands on Human Resource and Recruitment experience and a genuine desire to improve business. We are pragmatic in our approach, working with functional and practical methodologies providing constructive, holistic Human Resource and Recruitment advice.
